Prior to becoming an independent consultant twenty years ago, Elizabeth served as Fidelity's Vice President of Global Training, responsible for customizing and delivering training programs across Fidelity’s thirteen international call centers.  Ms. Gilligan’s clients credit her with outstanding coaching and facilitation skills.  Ms. Gilligan can “read” a room and is able to adjust her approach based on the dynamics and needs of the situation.  Elizabeth has a BA in Spanish and Finance. In addition, she has mentored at-risk teenage girls, is a Board member for the St. Sebastian Project of Denver.  She also is a dedicated education committee member for the Depression Center at the University of Colorado.  She truly believes in giving back to her community, volunteering her time and talent to several other Colorado non-profit organizations. She lives in Greenwood Village, Colorado with her husband, two daughters and their beloved golden retriever.
